Refund Policy

New BlenderBottle merchandise may be returned by mail whether it is defective or non-defective, and exchange requests are accepted. Start the request within 30 calendar days after delivery.

Eligibility

A non-defective item can be returned after a change of mind, preference change, or option-selection error when it remains new, unused, and in its original condition. Faulty, damaged, incorrect, incomplete, or materially misdescribed products may also qualify; reasonable inspection of a reported problem does not remove those rights.

Request approval first

Email surajyadav977017@gmail.com with the order number, checkout email, and reason. For an item problem, include useful photos or video and retain the packaging and parts. Wait for approval before mailing anything. We then confirm the correct return address and instructions; our correspondence address is not automatically the return destination.

Return label and fees

A free prepaid return label is included in the package. After approval, use that enclosed label and the confirmed mailing instructions for an eligible return, so the related label and return-postage cost is not charged to you. If it is missing, contact us before shipping. We do not charge a restocking fee.

Exchanges and refunds

An approved exchange depends on replacement inventory. After a refund is approved, we process and initiate it to the original payment method within 10 days. Your bank, card issuer, or payment provider may need additional time to post the credit.

Nothing in this policy limits non-excludable rights under applicable consumer law.
