These terms govern use of this storefront and orders submitted to our BlenderBottle store. Use the site lawfully and provide accurate purchase, payment, and delivery details.

Products and orders

Descriptions, availability, prices, taxes, and displayed information may be corrected if an error is found. An order is an offer to purchase and may be declined or cancelled for availability, authorization, security, or legal reasons.

Delivery and returns

Processing and transit details appear in the Shipping Policy. We accept eligible returns of defective and non-defective new merchandise and accept exchange requests. Non-defective goods must be unused and in original condition. Requests must be made within 30 calendar days after delivery and approved before mailing. A free prepaid label is included in the package for eligible returns, no restocking fee applies, and approved refunds are initiated to the original payment method within 10 days. Site content and legal rights

Do not disrupt the service, attempt unlawful access, or misuse protected content. Any lawful limitation applies only where permitted, and mandatory consumer rights remain available.
